LUMEYRO is an Australian AI health and life companion in active development. The public website provides information and a way to contact us. The mobile and web services described on this site are not yet generally available. Before public release, this policy will be updated to reflect the production service accurately.

2. Information collected through this website

If you email us, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, the content of your message and any information you choose to include. The hosting service may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as request time, browser type, IP address and diagnostic logs.

Please do not send medical records, glucose reports or other sensitive health information through the general contact email.

3. Planned app information

When LUMEYRO becomes available, and only with appropriate notice and permission, it may process account details, profile preferences, goals, check-ins, family-sharing choices and selected Apple Health categories required for enabled features. Anticipated categories include activity, sleep, active energy, heart rate and blood glucose where available.

Specific collection, purpose, retention, storage, service-provider and deletion details will be published before release. Apple Health access will be permission-based and users will be able to manage permissions through Apple settings.

5. Health information and advertising

LUMEYRO is being designed so that authorised health information supports the user-requested experience. We do not intend to sell personal health information or use Apple Health information for ordinary targeted advertising. Sensitive health information should not be placed in routine marketing analytics or general-purpose product logs.

We may use reputable service providers for website hosting, security and business communications. They may process limited information on our behalf and subject to applicable arrangements. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, or with your direction or consent.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain contact information only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records or legal obligations.

The currently planned service is not directed to children independently. Any future family or dependent functionality will be designed with appropriate consent, access and age considerations before release.

Some website or communication providers may process limited technical or business information outside Australia. Production app hosting locations and cross-border disclosures will be documented before public release.
